Collection of Personal Information

The information TradeSoft collects depends on what services it provides to you.

If you contact TradeSoft, including via the "Contact Us" form as displayed on the Website, TradeSoft may collect information such as your name, the name of your organisation, current address, home/business/mobile telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses. Without some of this information TradeSoft may be unable to supply services to you.

TradeSoft may also collect information about the date and time of your visit to the site(s) and the pages you accessed and the documents downloaded. Such information, however, will not be used or viewed by TradeSoft and its employees except in an anonymous context. Such information will be used for the purposes of determining site usage including site visit frequency and services used or accessed the most generally in order to improve the service and the relevancy of the materials on the site(s). We will not ordinarily collect any information about you except where you provide it to us or it is provided to us with your authority.

Access To Your Information

Except as set out in this part, you (in the case where you are the individual to which the information relates) can access all personal information that TradeSoft is holding about you by writing to TradeSoft at 158 Gaudrons Rd SAPPHIRE BEACH NSW 2450 or by calling us at (02) 6653 6987, or by emailing to admin@tradesoft.com.au and providing evidence of your identity that is satisfactory to TradeSoft. TradeSoft will provide you with a copy of your file if it is satisfied as to your identity. TradeSoft may charge a reasonable amount for providing access.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you wish to have any information about you removed, please advise TradeSoft and it will delete that information. TradeSoft will give you reasons if it declines to grant access, or allow correction of any information.

Complaints About Breaches of Privacy
