Hosted Trade Listing with Marketing Tools
Tools and utilities to integrate your business with web site. This includes the actual hosted web-space, domain delegation to that web space (eg. yourdomain.com.au), a database prepared for your inventory/stock/products/services, contacts, prospects, suppliers, vendors, purchasers etc, and unlimited access to all our real estate software and marketing tools such as database generated brochures and window cards. All such reports and brochures are prepared in Adobe Acrobat PDF format which makes them suitable for proof submission to printers in addition to simple printing, emailing and faxing.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Keep track of your listings, purchasers, vendors, suppliers, tenants, salesmen, contractors etc. Manage and record events, activities, appointments. Since the CRM system is an intrinsic part of all our other products and services, it is included by default.
Automated Offsite Backup Options
To protect the integrity of you data and to minimise website recovery efforts in the event of disaster, TradeSoft performs automated offsite backups every 24 hours. In addition to this, there is a facilty in your website admin area to create your own automated backup space and schedule. This is done by adding server details to the schedule and at the appointed time or times, the server will backup your database and copy it to the specified server.
Your appointed site administrator may also perform ad hoc backups on demand at any time. These may be copied to any specified server or to the administrators personal computer. The backed up files from either the automated or manual process are suitable for submission to the data import facility, which will restore your property database back to the point in time when the backup was performed.
Content Management System (CMS)
Our website CMS offers virtually unlimited scope for site design and functionality. Fill out the web site design form with the full details of your corporate identity including corporate colours, logos and other relevant artwork (high resolution), choose your site, property listing and other styles, and leave us to manage the complete setup of your website at no extra charge!
Once we have your website up and running, you may further enhance it by selecting from a number of auxillary page options such as email contact, news bulletins, property enquiry, staff details etc. Our CMS provides you with a simple to use interface to update the content of these pages easily and instantly by yourself on demand. You will handle maintenance of your property listings and purchasers etc in a similar way.
TradeSoft site service also includes unlimited support and management for the maintenance of your website and links. Take the worry out of site design and maintenance - send our support team a description of what you want changed, and we will strive to have it done by the next working day.
Our CMS system also has a static-link option. This means that in addition to providing a database driven site with pages built on the fly from dynamic page templates, static web pages are also generated. These are left in situ in your web space to be used by web search engines for site-indexing purposes.

Database Export/Import Interface & Services
TradeSoft can design and provide specialised data transfer software for the purpose of either exporting data from your web-space database to other applications, processes or servers, or for importing data from other existing in-house databases into your web-space database.
